Shipping policy

 Order Processing:

Orders place on our Katanalabdirect.com website take approximately 24-48 business hours (i.e.,Monday -Friday, Eastern Standard Time) to process before they are ready for shipment.

Order Shipment:

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email notification of the shipment, and tracking number.  We use Fedex to ship your order and it usually takes 24 business hours to update their tracking status.
